How do I format my artwork for uploading?

saved as an eps or pdf file. If you are providing a vector file, please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines/objects. We can also accept BLACK AND WHITE JPG, PNG, GIF and TIF files that are high resolution [300 dpi to 600 dpi].

Can You Help Me With My Design?

We're sorry, but we don't offer a design service. How Do You Size My Stamp Artwork?

When choosing a stamp size, you must first select your design's aximum height or width. Once this is done, we'll scale it according to how much space will be occupied by that particular size, so there isn't excess waste on either side! The measurements refer only to what's printed in terms of colors and images when designing them for printing purposes.

Can I Use A Multi-Coloured Design For A Stamp Or Embosser?

To ensure the best quality of your rubber stamp or embosser, we need a black and white version of your design. Don't have one? Contact the original designer(s) to get it done! If they're not available for whatever reason, then engage another skilled graphic artist who can create an elegant single-color simplification instead—just make sure you purchase artwork specs listed under Product Details on our website [these are found atop each product page].

Who Owns My Artwork After I Upload It?

Your artwork will always be yours; nobody can take that away from you.

Is My Design Suitable For A Paper Embosser?

Icons and monograms are often the best designs for paper embossers. If you're not sure your design will work well with this type of machine, contact us so we can provide input on whether it's suitable or not before purchasing any equipment!

How Do I Top Up The Ink In My Pre-Linked Stamp?

When the ink starts to run low, you'll know it's time for a refill. We offer pre-inked stamps and refills so that your stamped items will always be in top condition!

To top up your ink, remove the lid from your pre-inked stamp. Add 3-5 drops of Shiny Eminent Speed Ink in each channel and allow time to make its way through all parts before testing [around 30 minutes or so]. If you are using a large design with lots of solid areas, this may require more than one application depending on how much has been absorbed by individual images - just repeat Steps 1 through 3 until there's enough color left!

What Ink Colours Are Available In Pre-Linked Stamps?

We have many different colors of inks to choose from for our pre-inked stamps! Black, blue-green, and red are just a few options. With so many choices, it's hard not knowing which one will suit your needs best - luckily, we're here with the answers!
